Hand Dyed Yarns
All yarns in my shop are hand dyed by me in my home using professional acid dyes or natural sources of colour. All are washed to clear, but on occasion, there may be some colour bleed with the first wash. Please wash all yarn in cool water using a gentle soap intended for yarn such as 'soak".
I try my hardest to capture the truest colours in my photographs, but variances may occur due to your monitor settings etc.
If purchasing yarn for a larger project, I suggest purchasing all at once and variances do occur from batch to batch. If it is more than I have in the shop at the time, just send me an email as I may be able to dye up the quantity needed.
Finished Items
Any items that are ready made such as shawls, gloves etc are generally made to order, meaning that I will start your order once it is ordered. Production time will vary with each piece, so please keep that in mind if there is a time constraint. Feel free to contact me at any time to discuss the progress of your item.
I take great pride in my craftsmanship and give each item my full attention to all of its details.
Shipping
I use the most cost effective shipping method that usually includes tracking. Please contact me if time is an issue and we can explore other options. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges, taxes, duties or VAT.
Local Pick-Up
If you're local to the Hamilton/Burlington/Niagara area and want to arrange for pickup of an item, use code SHOPLOCAL to skip any shipping charges and contact me to arrange a time and location.

Indoors I use to wear it over thin long-sleeved shirts (instead of wearing thick bulky sweaters), outdoors I wear ist over my jacket. The whool is very soft, the color is wonderfully natural, the design ist nice and useful! Great workmanship! Thank you so much for this capelet!
